No. Thermotherapy exacerbates the effects of alcohol and drugs. For health and safety reasons, therefore, it is advisable to abstain or to drink responsibly. Alcohol and cannabis consumption is strictly forbidden outside or inside the premises, including our parking lot. We may ask you to safely leave the premises if you appear to be intoxicated.

We offers both underground parking and above-ground parking options to cater to the varied needs of our customers. Our underground parking is a secure facility with 24/7 surveillance and easy access to elevators, making it convenient for anyone looking for a safe place to leave their vehicle. Above-ground parking spaces are also available, providing ease of access for quick visits parking. Both parking options are designed to ensure safety and convenience, helping to facilitate a smooth and efficient experience for all our visitors.

For a refund of event ticket, cancellation must be made a full 48-hours prior to event check in. Cancellations within 24-hours of event check in are non refundable unless special circumstances apply as deemed by the General Manager.

We recommend toggling between our sauna and ice baths to maximize their healing benefits. If you're new to our services, consider trying a Flow session. During this session, our experienced guides will provide one-on-one support to help you navigate and optimize your experience. For a starter circuit, spend 15-20 minutes in the sauna, followed by a cold plunge lasting 1-3 minutes, and then take some time to relax. This method ensures you reap the restorative benefits of both hot and cold therapies.

When visiting, we ask that you bring a bathing suit and a water vessel (no glass, please). We strive to offer a comfortable and hygienic experience, so onsite we provide up to one towels per visit and body wash within our shower facilities. Additionally, lockers are available for day use to securely store your belongings. To maintain the most hygienic environment for all our guests, Pyramid of Wellness & Sound is a barefoot area beyond the changing rooms. If you'd like to cover your feet, please bring your own ice footwear.
